Ordered the wrong size or color? That's ok because you can return your item within 30 days for a full refund. If you are unsatisfied with your purchase please just return the item in new and unused condition with all tags and labels included, for a full refund or an exchange.

Return/Exchange Procedure

Sideline Sports guarantees satisfaction with every product we sell. If for some reason you are unhappy with your purchase, we will gladly accept all returns within 30 days from the date of purchase To make a exchange or return please follow these steps to insure you return/exchange is processed as quickly as possible.
1. Call Sideline Sports customer service at (852) 9832 6631 and inform us that you are sending an item back for a refund/exchange.
2. Package your return in secure carton using packing tape. Important!! All returns must be in new and unused condition in the original manufactures packaging.
3. Send your return via insured carrier (Preferably Hong Kong Post)

Make sure to include your name, address and phone number, so that we may contact you.
4. Keep a record of your shipment until your return/exchange has been processed.

Sidelinesports.com.hk processes all returns Monday through Friday, usually with in two business days of receipt. All exchanges are shipped Hong Kong Post, unless otherwise specified, please allow ample time for delivery. For returns, you will receive an e-mail confirmation your credit has been processed.

Most product defects will be apparent upon initial inspection of the item. Sometimes defects will not be obvious until the product is actually used. Either way, if you believe a product sold by Sideline Sports was defective at the time of receipt, please, contact Sideline Sports before contacting the manufacturer, we will assist you with negotiating the product warranty.

Warranties cover manufacturing defects which are apparent during normal product use. Damage from abuse, neglect, accidents and racing are not covered. It is up to the manufacturer to repair or replace defective merchandise, at their discretion. Labor and shipping costs are not covered. Read your product manuals for more details. Sideline Sports will extend to its customers any manufacturer's warranty on merchandise we sell, but we make no additional warranty, express or implied, for products sold by us.
