Sideline Sports is an authorized dealer for all the products we sell. We fully honour all the manufacturers for their warranty.

- For Hongkong orders and payments received on or before 3:00 pm (Hong Kong time), customers usually receive their orders next day on or before 1:00 pm. From time to time, we experience high order volumes of certain products, which may result in temporary shortages and minor shipping delays. In these cases, you will be notified when your order will be shipped by our customer service staff.
- For Hong Kong orders and payments received after 3:00 pm (Hong Kong time), customers usually receive their orders two days after on or before 1:00 pm. From time to time, we experience high order volumes of certain products, which may result in temporary shortages and minor shipping delays. In these cases, you will be notified when your order will be shipped by our customer service staff.
- Orders may be placed by phone Monday through Friday from 9:00 am to 5:00 pm (Hong Kong time). Phone order service is NOT available on Saturdays, Sundays, and Holidays. However, you can use our voice-mail service to place your order, and we will contact you as soon as possible during our office hours.
- For Hong Kong orders, we accept FIVE payment methods, namely online credit card (Visa/Master), crossed cheque by mail, bank transfer, cash on delivery, and credit card on delivery.
- If you choose online credit card payment, your credit card will not be charged meanwhile. Once your order is ready to ship, and the order amount is verified, we then will charge your credit card.
- For Hong Kong shipment, we employ LocalCourierPost serviced by Hong Kong Post. The delivery rate varies with the total weight of your ordered item(s), shipping method, and location. The fee is shown in the shipping cost. For further information, please refer to Hong Kong Post.
